First may I say thanks for visiting my site. I know youíre busy and have a lot to do. As you can see, Iím not much of a web designer, myself. I never wanted to be a designer, nor do I aspire to be one. I am, however, a system analyst, and thatís something that I like to do. I learned web design only to accomplish something that Iíve wanted to do for a long time, that is, to help some people who have helped me.

I owe a debt to some folks who were very kind to me. Iím an air traffic controller by trade, and Iíve been assigned to a mainframe computer for the past ten years. I have been in air traffic for more than 20 years and I am very thankful to have had such a great career.

Getting through ATC training was no easy task. More than 50% of the air traffic students didnít make the grade when I went through. There were many times I was ďclose to the edge.Ē On one occasion, in a frenzy during a simulated radar test, I was about to ďlose it,Ē and fail the test. A fellow who was at a computer, responding to my control instructions, took charge and by the sound of his voice, helped me through. I passed and went on to one of the best careers that anyone could hope for. That fellow was part of a group of disabled people who worked as ďremotes,Ē entering computer commands for student air traffic controllers. The computer radar simulation is very real, and very scary especially if youíre career is on the line.

I would always be thankful to this fellow and I pledged that I would do something to return the great favor he did for me. The Global Local Internet Queue is the best idea I could come up with. Gliq is designed for people who prefer to work at home. And it's designed to profit by competition. The more pages GLIQ has, the more local business will want our service.

I think that many people would benefit by being a web designer affiliated with Gliq. For those who may be interested in learning web design, I can say I didnít find it difficult to learn. Granted I am a computer professional, but I did it on my own without the help of a school or a tutor. And we are here to help you. I also think that accomplished web designers would truly benefit from the system Iíve designed. Gliq is a way to introduce local business to web advertising at an entry-level cost. Once local business sees the benefit of web based advertising, local web designers can offer more services and enjoy the profits.

I think youíll like the idea of a Global Local Internet Queue. It's a Local Internet Directory for Anywhere in the World. For web designers, it's a way to have competition work for you. More listings on Gliq will generate more business. Local business will prefer local designers and our services will benefit you.

I would like you to help me thank that fellow who got me through that radar test. In doing so, you will have more services to offer to your customers. And you will be in an industry where competition pays, not costs.

During Gliq Beta Testing, all site submissions and automated web page creations are free. After listing your business with Gliq, you may use our software free of charge to help you work easier and faster. We also offer tutorials explaining how to automate your own web designs using PHP.

Send me an email with any questions you may have. You can even send me your phone number if you like. I'll be glad to hear from you.

Thank you.
